Pros

The people you work with are great. Overall they are very helpful, pleasant and genuinely care about each other.

Cons

The leadership in certain business units is not very strong. Many of the leaders are unsure of themselves and lack strong leadership skills.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Empower your people and give them autonomy to execute.

    Pros

    coworkers, chance to earn overtime in winter do to volume. great PTO plan

    Cons

    lack of advancement as claim positions are being blended. some offices are downsizing as renewals are down. have to be on committees to get noticed. pretty much have to work off the clock to finish any extra project to "exceed expectations".

    embrace change. listen to your employees who have ideas to improve the enterprise,
