This sounds like the sort of self-congratulatory comment for which the current "leadership team" at Travelers has become famous. But it reminds me of the way that people talked about Allan Greenspan before the economic crash. Greenspan was the greatest thing since sliced bread, until the economic meltdown, in large measure because he created an almost unlimited source of absurdly cheap money. The "true leaders" of the insurance industry are now looking down the barrel of a gun called "labor unrest." Put that in your self-congratulatory pipe and smoke it.
