Current Employee – been working at Travelers Companies

Pros – There is lots of opportunity within Travelers. The company regularly looks to give their best employees opportunities to make themselves more well rounded. In the past few years, investment in business has been high. Benefits are not the best, but PTO time is good.

Cons – Not all areas of the company stay on the same page. Also some employees can find it hard to break perceptions about past performance. Counterparts in another business area have been trying to replicate our success, yet we do not work together.

Advice to Senior Management – Senior Mgt could do a better job of getting out into individual business units to show that they understand / appreciate all the hard work that is done every day.
