I worked at Travelocity full-time for more than a year

Pros – Company was fun to work for, good benefits, decent work life balance, good ability to work from home when needed

Cons – Management changed often, if business results weren't met, managers didn't know what to do about it/how to fix.

Advice to Senior Management – Be better at what you do

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
