I worked at Travelport full-time for more than 8 years

ProsGood compensation package, brilliant, familiar colleagues.

ConsGoal oriented giant. (Need money for any price). Management is not willing to take the responsibility for any bad decision. Newcomer rookie managers stick aggressively to their chairs.

Advice to Senior ManagementListen to people who work on the field.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

Such potential but so badly organised and run

Pros: some great people, good pay Cons: senior mgmt have a vision.. but no strategy of how to… Advice to Senior Management: clear out some of the senior deadwood No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
