Travelport offered interesting opportunities for growth and development as well as compensated quite well as compared to other companies. Everyone for the most part knew everyone else in the company and worked well together, supporting each other when necessary.

Cons

The lack of communication from the SLT down to mid to lower managment. The lack of support for out-of-the-box thinking. No organic growth strategy.

Advice to Senior Management

Understand the talent you have and get the most out of it. Reward those who serve up strategic concepts for long term growth.
