Please listen to your employees. They work it, so they know what's working and what isn't.

I have been working at Treat America Food Services full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Fairly independent work. Ok pay. Ok benefits.

    Cons

15+ hours per day without overtime compensation brings pay down to almost $7.50/hour. Constantly changing and reworking company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Need to communicate openly with employees, especially route drivers to find out what is working and what isn't working. Schedule light work loads on mandatory meeting days so route drivers don't have to leave their route to come back for the meeting, then go back out on their route (resulting in 16+ hours that day). Many, many route drivers are looking for new employment.

I have been working at Treat America Food Services (less than a year)

    Pros

Upper Management is kind and always thanks you for the work you do
Hours and days off in corporate dining are great

    Cons

Promises of support and help aren't kept
They are quick to fire people, they don't want to help anyone grow, they just want you to be perfect from day one

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't make promises to your client that can only be kept by making employees suffer. Your employees will not be loyal to a company that fires people so easily and quickly.
