Trek Bicycle Employee Review

Current Employee – been working at Trek Bicycle

Pros – The best things about working at trek are that it is a small but big company, by which you can learn every bodies name but you receive the befits a large company. Waterloo can be a plus if you like remote, but if you are looking for night life, think twice.

Cons – The fact that the company is privately owned can be a plus and minus. The plus being that they are not affected by the stock market and a minus because salaries are tight because of the close eye of the top management. I would recommended visiting Waterloo before accepting an offer.

Advice to Senior Management – My advice would be to stop thinking that everyone in the world wants to buy a $1000 bicycle. Maybe in middle class America, but the rest of the world needs quality bikes under $50.
