Pros – 1. Creative and innovation culture
2. Benefit package including travel subsidy
3. Flexible working hours
4. Easy to change your career dirrction

Cons – 1. Need over time working
2. Company building is too small, no any restaurant, swimming pool or fitness room inside
3. Salary is not so high
