Trend Micro Senior Software Engineer:   (Current Employee)

Pros

Taiwan has very few big software company and Trend is one of them. You can learn a lot about how software company is run and how QA/support are doing their jobs.

Cons

Trend has past its golden age. You have to work harder/smarter to advance your career.
The salary is great but the bonous sucks.
However, you get better balance between work and life. So it is your choice.

Advice to Senior Management

Keep changing
