Current Employee – been working at TriHealth
Pros – wonderful Drs.
friendly co workers
very professional
love my job
Cons – pay too much for our insurance
pay raises are not fair
vacation and paid time off could be alot better
Advice to Senior Management – only seem to address things when you have done something wrong
never do they realize how hard you actually do work
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
