I have been working at TriQuint

Pros – Employee friendly workplace, competitive salaries, excellent benefit package, generous paid time off, autonomy encouraged, drives technology, managed well

Cons – Growth is good for any company, but also a little scary. I have faith in upper management and in our CEO, but poor forecasting has resulted in a difficult rough patch.

Advice to Senior Management – Get the business--get it back, get it new, get it all, big and small. I know you can.
