I have been working at TriZetto

Pros

TriZetto thinks outside the box when it comes to employee recognition and bonus strategy. The management has made some mistakes, but I think they are trying to listen to employees and make changes where they can.

Cons

The line between work and play gets very fuzzy most of the time. I do not like feeling like I have to constantly check messages when I am off the clock. If you want to set yourself apart it is a sacrifices that is expected.
