Pros

the people who work there are awesome.

Cons

the management of the company that acquired them are clueless and are changing the culture (not for the better)

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Why are you squandering the reputation and the culture that took years to build? Things are not good at Trizetto and yet you are trying to make Gateway EDI into a mini Trizetto

    I worked at TriZetto full-time

    Pros

The company will be getting a new building in 2013. You can work for a large software company without being in Boulder or Broomfield. The company has good training opportunities.

    Cons

Many of the functions in the company are being moved to India, so the people who are left have to pick up the pieces. Many of the transitions have decimated the affected departments since half the team is layed off, and the remaining people sometimes leave shortly after. A lot of people I know there are leaving or looking for a more stable environment. The benefits are exensive for what you get.
