    Pros

Good work-life balance. Low pressure. Great people to work with

    Cons

Apparent disparities in how different teams function, provided equipment, and rewarded. Recently outsourced 35% of development. Medical insurance is terrible and expensive - very unresponsive company

I have been working at TriZetto

    Pros

If you work hard you can create your own opportunities. The staff overall are great, smart and talented people. Great location in the DTC

    Cons

Poor review system in place, merit and bonus payout is weak at best. It often seems those who cry the loudest get rewarded instead of those who perform the best. This is the place you work where you see the people you often wonder why they have a job get rewards and promotions yet the people you know that bust their butt and save the day keep getting taken advantage of. Management leads by fear and threats and do not value their employees. People are quitting daily and management does not seem to notice the BIG RED FLAG. They feel that all employees are a dime a dozen and can be replaced but for some reason they never replace anyone and teams run skeleton crew.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Thin some of the excessive management overhead. Listen to your long time employees that want this company to be great again because it can be. Coach our leadership on how to lead and stop the fear based management approach. Beating a dog does not make it a loyal dog, just a scared dog.
