Pros

Fun place to work with lots of team building activities. Some projects offer the opportunity to travel. They hire new grads.

Cons

Very structured. Hard to get ahead because it's all based on seniority. Expensive to live in San Francisco. Rents are high.

    Advice to Management

    Pros

*The best co-workers you will ever have. *Extremely friendly work environment. *Minimal hours for moderate pay. *The management truly cares about you.

    Cons

*The work can be exceptionally dull. *If you do not see yourself in healthcare for the long-term, it makes it even duller. *No reward for great work or punishment for poor performance. *Raises/Promotions based 90% on tenure, 10% on skill.

    Advice to Management

Create a more quantitative metric for evaluation. As it stands, evaluations feel very personality based (i.e. the person liked me on a personal level or they did not - nothing to do with performance at work).
