Tribal DDB – “Good place to learn, but don't stay too long”

Pros

The people have always been the best reason to work at Tribal, there were some really talented and cool people working there. Also, the work is so fast paced that you learn a ton really quickly and are able to build your book at a reasonable pace provided you aren't stuck on a year long project. I think the new management structure will improve things, and they might turn things around.

Cons

The business kept sinking, we lost more clients than we kept, it was difficult to be innovative and creative in a sweatshop-like environment. We were fighting to keep deadlines instead of thinking about the next big idea. The management tended to promote and hire their friends, women are less likely to receive promotions or raises.

Advice to Senior Management

Keep fighting the good fight, I think you guys might actually turn things around, it will just take time.
