Pros – They really do promote the work/life balance philosophy and the pay is in line with industry & Geography.

Cons – You'll always hear about this subservient Management style and how all members like to dialogue and brainstorm. Don't buy into this. Anyone of the middle management team will throw you under the bus and lie to no end. I've seen it happened to a number of people.

Advice to Senior Management – Nothing you can do differently, your culture is your culture
