ProsThe potential for creativity is enormous.

ConsVery young abusive managers with huge egos screaming and yelling all the time. Little praise, lots of screaming and slamming stuff about. Working 12 hours days without breaks and salaried, so no compensation.

Advice to Senior Managementharassment training to the young 20 - 30 something year old managers.
