Pros

There are lots of Intelligent people there. The environment is open and friendly. The number of holidays and paid time of are fairly standard for a company of this size.

Cons

Middle management delays a lot of projects.

Advice to Senior Management

The senior management at Trimble seems to be fine. Although they appear to be buying a lot of companies all over the U.S. alot; how are they going to integrate them all?
