People you work with make it challenging (in a good way) and makes coming to work enjoyable. Benefits, PTO, and salary seems average based on the area. Sector has a lot of room for future growth.

Cons

This company is addicted to acquiring companies. If your company gets acquired you won't notice any changes for the first couple of months. Then after the dust settles they come in and Trimble -ize. to their liking with little regard to worker moral.

Advice to Senior Management

Steve B. makes his rounds and is accessible. However with so many acquisitions upper management at each company is so fearful for their own jobs. The moral for employees under their umbrella falls into a bottomless pit.
