    Pros

Trinity Industries offers employees a premier experience including financial stability, career advancement and personal growth in addition to competitive compensation.

    Cons

The company's current growth trend has presented some challenges in from a technology & systems perspective; however, we are making advancements daily.

I have been working at Trinity Industries full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Great benefits, good pay for someone WANTING to work. Management does care. Opportunity for advancement if you actually come to work everyday and do your job

    Cons

Bad attitudes of hourly workforce. This runs off new hires which leads to very high turn over. Which feeds bad attitudes.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Suck it up and reprimand bad behavior. Work on changing culture and making grown ups behave like grown ups.
