    Pros

    Gain experience on your resume.

    Cons

Everything. Their game is to hire and fire. I can't tell you how many people were let go in the time I was there (I resigned). This place is a nightmare and anyone there will tell you that they are actively looking for a new company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat your employees more like equals, instead of firing anyone with an opinion that honestly want to make the company BETTER. The management would rather have absolute power than give credit to anyone else with ideas.

    Pros

Management cares about their employees in fact, they call us team members not employees. My boss raises over $20,000 per year from our vendors to raffle at our annual holiday party. He even makes us homemade ice cream for the monthly birthdays. Small things matter big time! Raises and bonuses have continued throughout the recession.

    Cons

Managing rental properties in San Francisco can be challenging due to the local red tape.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue to reward and recognize your talent.
