I have been working at Trion Worlds

    Pros

The salary and benefits (health and retirement) were competitive.
There are some very talented team members sprinkled across the departments.
The project provided for fun subject matter.

    Cons

Poor management. Horrible handling of internal conflict.

No reward or appreciation shown to workers:
    1) No compensation time following a 5 year development cycle.
    2) Deserving workers often went years without a pay raise.
    3) Royalties did not trickle down the chain of command.

Tool sets were archaic and generally useless, and cross department support non-existent. Any suggestions to improve these things were met with censorship.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Learn to respect, and enable your workers. You continue to push and ride the team into the dirt with the rapid fire update schedule. You aren't growing the user base as planned, but are instead burning out the team.
