Triumph Healthcare Employee Review

Current Employee – been working at Triumph Healthcare

Pros – Triumph Hospitals have smaller facilities allowing for a more family like ,intimate atmosphere between co-workers. The staff get to know each other on a more personal level. It also allows for alot of team work.

Cons – Understaffing creates a hostile work environment. it makes the work day twice as hard and long. There is NO EMPLOYEE APPRECIATION! I have never worked at a place that treats their emplyees as if they should be lucky that they have a job! Low wages. They are so non competitive its disgusting. And now that they are owned by Rehabcare..it has gone from bad to worse!

Advice to Senior Management – People can accept lower pay, and loss of hrs, etc if you treated them better. A nice thank you or some sort of recognition would be nice. You are constantly on us because of the budget and making our lives miserable....but I bet your bonus will be nice! Meanwhile, we may get a $12 turkey at Christmas!! Why dont you give up that bonus the help with the budget!
