“Great job, learned lots, made lots.”
I worked at TruGreen
Pros – TruGreen has a great compensation plan. Their benefits are top notch. You really have an unlimited earning potential at Trugreen.
Cons – The biggest downside to TruGreen is the schedual. Nights, 6 day work weeks, and then laid off for 2-3 months. It is hard to set a budget working for TruGreen, so just be careful.
Advice to Senior Management – Listen to your salesmen. They are the ones hearing the complaints of perspective customers. Address the issues and you will grow your buisness
