Pros

I can't speak for every location, but the branch i was working for was an incredibly efficient machine and had an enjoyable work environment.

Cons

As you would expect, the work is grueling during the summer depending on your location.

Advice to Management

Make sure to keep promotions internally when possible.

    Pros

unlimited commission, 40 hrs. a week, headset provided, and paid breaks minus lunch.

    Cons

you can get fired for being negative, 30 min. lunch, and it's only good for the season after that you go back to 11/hr, and you call the same beat up old leads every day, and quartile is made to make you sell things people don't want because if you don't to the bottom you go where you get no calls, and no commission.

    Advice to Management

stop counting noise against us, and make it a possibility of reaching a customers branch not global, especially for things the sales agents can't sell nor handle.

    Pros

If you are productive you can make ok money, work is steady spring & summer. The selling plan is pretty simple.

    Cons

Advancement is limited, a lot of churning. Upper management seems to be detached from what really takes place on a customers lawn and the customers needs.

    Advice to Management

Change the model to be customer sensitive rather than cookie cutter lawn care. Every yard is not the same.
