I have been working at True Value full-time (less than a year)

Pros

It's mostly low stress. If you put in time off you will ususally get it.

Cons

The pay is $11 hr. Its not bad, but since starting pay at McDonald's is now $12 hr, and Walmart is $17 hr.

Aside from that you do not get to choose the hours that you work. One day you start at 8am the next day 11am. Along, with that you don't get weekends off.
