True Value – “Destination True Value (naught!)”
Pros
Respectful of their associates, for the most part.
Cons
DTV is not working. It's not driving retail sales or wholesale purchases through the company. The model is wrong.
Advice to Senior Management
You are a wholesale hardware supplier, owned by a retailer group. Stop thinking of yourself as a retailer. You are a coop. Lyle, True Value is not your Sears legacy!
