I have been working at Trulia full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Smart people, collaborative environment, and great benefits. While working at Trulia, you get a sense that it's one big family and everyone's on the same team. The environment is very collaborative where the next idea could come from someone in sales, marketing, HR or anywhere else...and often times it does. The facilities are great and there's a policy of no policy when it comes to time off...you can take as much time off as you'd like with approval.

Cons

Some parts of the office don't have A/C

I have been working at Trulia full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Small company feel, agile and not a hint of bureaucracy. Overall I would describe the company as uncomplicated...which allows me to do cool things and go after some fairly big goals without being bogged down.

    Cons

Best kept secret...not a widely known cool company.
