Former Employee - Inside Sales in San Francisco, CA

I worked at Trulia full-time (more than an year)

Pros

They had a well stocked break room and a nice location right off BART.

Cons

Constantly changing sales management meant constantly changing revenue models and commission structures. Kept being told to work harder for less money.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat sales folks like people and not like gears to be worn down and tossed aside.
