    Great People - Good culture - Good Benefits - Fairly reasonable salary for the region - Good work life balance - Good training

    Not many opportunities for growth - company as a whole seems to be stuck in a rut - meaningful communication is often lacking - HR is lost - Management can sometimes be way behind the times

    Incentivize young people to come into the company to get excitement and new ideas into your culture. Sometimes it felt like everyone in the company may just retire all at once and Southern Arizona would no longer have any power.

    Pay is very good for Tucson

    Advancement, interview processe is a joke, hr helps rig interview scores, if your not related to somone your stuck, and you can only advance if your an Ses employee.

    Interview employees to get the truth, investigate hr, and hire unclassfied employees with degrees, and touvh bases with non management employees.
