I have been working at Tufts University full-time (more than a year)

Pros

People at Tufts are generally very friendly and cooperative, there is a sense of family. The campus is also very beautiful and overall it's a great place to work.

Cons

You can tell that management/facilities are disorganized. There were often issues with the building I was working in (such as leaks in the roof) which took days to fix. Also, they would hire external contractors to do things the university should have people to do.
