“Not what it used to be”
Current Employee – been working at Tuition Management Systems
Pros – TMS is a well run organization, but since being acquired by KeyBank, its not the same as it used to be.
Cons – The new bonus program is a joke and there is no way to ever know what your bonues might be.
Advice to Senior Management – It would be nice to work with the bank to get a better bonus program. This new plan is completely unacceptable.
