Pros

Very relaxed; hours and workload were reasonable. Easy to move around within the university. You have access to everything on campus including lectures, the library, and the gym.

Cons

The pay is very low. There are varying degrees of effort put into jobs. A lot of people have been there forever and probably won't leave.

    Pros

Prestigious University, talented professors, most are honest and caring.

    Cons

Thus far, Tulane doesn't seem to try hard enough to protect women from predatory faculty or staff. Also, scientific fraud is known in the Tulane community, but individuals are not sure how to address or report it, and some seniors attempt to hide it.

    Advice to Management

Keep a clear atmosphere free of premature judgments, and allow an atmosphere that allows victims to feel safe coming forward with their experiences of being abused. Knowing is the first step to halt abusive behaviors from continuing to occurr.
