    Advice to Management

I worked for Tullett Prebon Information. A subsidiary of the well recognized Inter-Dealer Broker known as Tullett Prebon. I can't speak for how the rest of the departments work, but I do know that the TP information side could have communicated better. It's really sad when you work within a department that has never had an actual department meeting. Makes you question how the heads value passing on information to their employees. Ironically their goal is to provide transparent data yet lack transparency within their own organization.

    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

    * Work with leading edge technologies * Learn market data from the source * Interact with a wide range of talent

    Cons

    * Management comprises of ex-brokers who care for nothing apart from making money * Very limited training or growth opportunities; training is woeful and a defined career path is non-existent

    Advice to Management

Talk to your employees. Get feedback and ideas from them. They are your frontline workers and you should respect their thoughts on processes they commit to doing each day.
