Current Employee – been working at Turner Construction

Pros – Great history, decent corporate structure and has built a ton of world renowned buildings. Good stepping stone for a career in construction.

Cons – Work life balance is non-existent while being noticeably promoted. There is hint of favoritism with respect to promotions and the value of any employee.

Advice to Senior Management – Senior leadership seems inconsistent from office to office. Its easy to pick out the newbies from Turner vets with respect to senior management and their leadership skills, but even that is inconsistent.
