    Pros

The people are mostly friendly, and everything is fast-paced so the day goes faster.

    Cons

Too much customer/patron interaction--it will make you DESPISE people.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The biggest issue I thought was the extreme limitations employees have inside the casino once employed. I suppose I can understand some of the paranoia about possible rigged gambling--but why not any access to the hotels? That doesn't make sense.
