    Pros

A really great atmosphere on the lot.

    Cons

It can get hectic at times.

    Advice to Management

The atmosphere during layoffs makes it difficult for the remaining employees. Attention to a bit more transparency might assist in boosting the moral of remaining employees. Attention to quality organizational management during reorganization can also be improved by assisting employees to change adaptation.

    Pros

Recognizable name to add to your resume. Great for those who have a family to support and just needs a stable income. Benefits are slightly better than average. Free movie screenings and blu-rays, but the movies aren't that great. Probably ideal for older workers who are more focused on retiring rather than growing.

    Cons

Communication of Information is lacking. If they exist, goals and strategies are not communicated to the team. You're just given tasks and projects to work on without knowing the purpose of it. Those who have been with the company for a few years aren't helpful to new hires. There is virtually no training. They pretty much just put you in a cubicle your first day with little to no direction. There is very little path for growth. The work can be tideous, boring, and unfulfilling. Not ideal for those who are ambitious, entrepreneurial, or think outside the box. You will meet heavy resistance if you propose anything different than what they are used to. Some of these issues could just be the IT group I'm in.
