I worked at Twentieth Century Fox full-time

    Pros

A really great atmosphere on the lot.

    Cons

It can get hectic at times.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The atmosphere during layoffs makes it difficult for the remaining employees. Attention to a bit more transparency might assist in boosting the moral of remaining employees. Attention to quality organizational management during reorganization can also be improved by assisting employees to change adaptation.

I have been working at Twentieth Century Fox full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Excellent perks that are not really advertised during recruiting, free movies, plenty of parties, exciting to work on a studio lot.

    Cons

Not a lot of cons. Some times things can be extremely slow to get done like most large organizations. Depending on where you live this area can be a nightmare to get in and out of.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management is doing a good job.. maybe embrace employee flexibility more with telecommute options as a company standard (if it makes sense for the position).
