The people on my floor are hardworking, capable, and professional for the most part. Lots of flexibility when it comes to your work schedule. Pleasant office environment.

Cons

Business practices are stuck in the past. Peope aren't innovative and management is slow to change their ways. There's very little decision making power except at the highest levels. Pay is subpar relative to other studios.

Advice to Senior Management

Loosen the reigns of control. Is it necessary to micromanage every trailer or poster? You have capable execs working under you, delegate more responsibility and trust in their abilities.
