    Pros

I was fortunate enough to have an amazing boss so my work life balance was amazing. half days before holidays, ability to work from home if needed. The amount of workload you get is great for your resume and Fox itself has a great reputation

    Cons

No internal promotions. I was hired to join a team only to find out that I was the team. I did the work of 4 people and although stressful I was able to accomplish everything. When it came time for a management position that opened, I was over looked and had to train the person that was hired from the outside. Also Pay is not that great.

    Advice to Management

If you have a go-to person...promote, you will get loyalty
