Pros

Some managers do try to make things work. Although the merchandise they produce is always late, the warehouse employees are great in making the shipment as requested.

Cons

This job can take over your life. The employees with little to no experience are running the place. Too much favoritism going on as well as too much politics. There are no performance review, no room to grow, no recognition for a job well done. Almost everyone working there seem to always say they are looking for another job.

Management makes the employees feel down. There is no respect from the owner/management towards the employees. They use a lot of foul language to refer to an employee. Some co-workers feel superior from their fellow co-workers and treat them with disrespect.

Advice to Senior Management

Management needs to make the employees feel comfortable to bring up any issues. They should also supervise the supervisors more closely because they are not working hard. The people under them are doing most of the work. Also, treat everyone the same regardless of their race. Try to make it a more professional environment. Try out a dress code because some people go to work looking like they just woke up.
