    Pros

Work was rewarding, had an impact. People were very friendly and united by the mission of the company. Lots of benefits, one unique one being we met a lot of celebrities! Free food, cupcakes and wines.

    Cons

Leadership not seasoned in early days, but much better after it changed hands. Given the experience, I think the leadership did an amazing job bringing the company this far.

    Pros

The people I work with are intelligent, they are visionaries, hard-working and passionate. They inspire me and help me grow every single day. The opportunities for impact are endless and I feel empowered. Additionally, the company is open minded and encouraging of new ideas. Failure is not frowned upon because often you must fail before you can succeed.

    Cons

Resources are still scare so you have to be scrappy. That being said I really like the challenge. It encourages innovation.

    Advice to Management

Stay close to your teams, because it makes the world of difference.
