Looking to just cash out.

ProsThe food is great, if you want to gain 20 lbs.

ConsThey don't care about the employees and building a company. It's all about cashing out and hitting it big. HR is almost nonexistent.

Advice to Senior ManagementListen to your own words: People quit their managers, not their job.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
