Former Employee – worked at Two Men and a truck

Pros – The job is different every day. It is good exercise. You rarely have to deal with management as long as you do your job. You get to see different places and travel a little bit.

Cons – Management will nickel and dime you to death. Frequent payroll problems. Work hours are insane, totally unpredictable. Your girlfriend/wife will hate it.

Advice to Senior Management – Use the Golden Rule. Treat employees the way you would like to be treated. How often does a salaried employee's paycheck get screwed up?
