ProsCoworkers and supervisors were amazing people. Very knowledgeable. Great at showing and telling the ins and outs of the job.

ConsA lot of drama and talk behind people's backs. Could use better organization in terms of scheduling and planning for the coming week.

Advice to Senior ManagementOffer alternatives to employees disgruntled with their current situation. Be helpful when in hard times. Schedule and prepare to help new employees.
