Disapproves of CEO

Pros

Good Benefits & Decent Pay

Cons

Upper Management only cares about delivering results to please Executives. There is total disregard for people's personal time (including LATE HOURS, WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS!). Lack of training, low morale and there is NO communication between employees and Managers!! NO place for people that have a FAMILY!!!

Advice to Management

    Pros

Benefits, friends, fun work environment, fun industry. Taking customers out to lunch. Traveling and seeing North America on the company dime.

    Cons

They could care less about the customer. One department doesn't talk to the other. Processes to get things done are over exhausting. The company runs on very old platforms. Their billing, project management, service delivery, and traiing is horrible. They do not have a single Differentiator than the competition. After the sell is so important and critical for sucess but ADT has none of that, and no one has the authority to make something right with out the situation being escalated. Install managers are worried about just making their bonuses and not taking care of the customer.

    Advice to Management

Get rid of the old guys that cannot strategically think themselves out of a box. They have some new leadership that I believe can turn that big blue ship around but that could take 100 years to get the whole organization to jump on.
