Former Employee – worked at Tyco

Pros – Dedicated work force with some of the better wages in South Florida.

Cons – Bonuses only offered to select few professionals. Promotions are far and few between. You are now treated as an employee, but a cost to the company. All employee "programs" are really cost savings in disguise. Very little recognition of individual or team contributions. No team building activities.

Advice to Senior Management – People are your assets, not your costs.
