    Negative Outlook
    Approves of CEO

    Pros

Decent salary, decent flexbility as a sales rep (compared to other industries), good benefits, excellent techs and inspectors

    Cons

Little to no office support, price gouging, too much time doing renewals for little to no compensation. Middle management just gets in the way. Marketing is out of touch.

    Advice to Management

Put the customers first and the money will come. Money is the priority, and customers are second. Customer base is drying up quickly; few to no leads - lots of cancellations. Trust the many professionals you have on staff and empower them; you've erased all incentive.
