    Pros

    Pay is relatively good. Offices are new and very nice. Company is trying to do more to connect to employees.

    Cons

    Lack of accountability throughout the organization creates a culture of apathy in some areas. Very difficult to change culture. Customers are not valued.

    Hold yourselves and employees accountable. Work to change workplace culture
